The gift boxes and vouchers are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase. The stay or meal must take place during the validity period.
To request an extension of your gift box or your gift voucher, please contact aide@teritoria.com and mention the box reference.
At your request, the gift box or gift voucher may be extended, during its period of validity, by a maximum of 6 months from the initial validity date, and this only once.
The extension cost amounts to 40€ per voucher.
