If you did not receive cashback after paying for services at a participating property, you can claim the cashback up to one month after you paid for the eligible service. You must submit your claim, along with a copy of the bill in question, to customer services at aide@teritoria.com.
Please note that all bookings made through agencies, tour operators, OTAs or third parties other than the property or lescollectionneurs.com will not be eligible for credit.
