In order to know the amount of your credits (or kitty), connect to your customer account using your login and password.
Once you have logged in, click on "My benefits" and the kitty will appear next to your QR code:
The kitty corresponds to the amount of cashbacks you have accumulated.
Each month, you receive a statement with your current cashback.
When you're close to the limit of your kitty (250 euros) you'll be warned by email which invite you to use it.
Otherwise, when your kitty is at the limit, it will be unusable until a new purchase with your cashback .
If an hotel/restaurant has forgotten to credit your cashback, please send us your invoice.
