What to do in the event of a consumer dispute?

Consumer Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. and R.612-1 et seq. of the French Consumer
Code, it is stipulated that in the event of a contractual dispute relating to the
performance of the sales contract and/or the provision of services, which has not been
resolved through a prior complaint submitted to our customer service, the Consumer
may resort to mediation, free of charge.
To this end, the consumer may contact ANM CONSOMATION:
  • By mail, by writing to 2 rue de Colmar, 94300 Vincennes, France, and must include their full contact details, telephone number and email address;
  • Or online, by filling out the mediation request form available at the following address: https://www.anmconso.com.
